USPTO Plan To Limit AIA Reviews Is In White House’s Hands
C4IP Executive Director Frank Cullen said in a statement that the group was grateful for the opportunity to support the proposal and to "share perspectives on the positive impacts and statutory authority for the proposed rule" and for the PREVAIL Act, a pending bill that would enshrine some limits on patent reviews into law.

That’s harmful to patent owners unable to gain proper remuneration for findings of infringement, former US Patent and Trademark Office Acting Director Coke Morgan Stewart told MLex. Trump DOJ sets unmatched pace for statements of interest in IP cases
“C4IP has been supportive of efforts to both develop strong AI models and to protect creative works,” [Coke Morgan Stewart] told MLex. “We hope the White House and Department of Justice will work with Congress and the courts to ensure that creators continue to have adequate incentives to make new content, which in turn supports the high-quality AI models we need so that the U.S. outcompetes the world.”
